Plans change

Well it seems as if Saturday has come and gone and even though I thought about it at least a dozen times... I never managed to do it. So that means that blogging will be on Sundays from now on!

On to what I learned... this week i learned that when it comes to farming,  plans change! Sometimes they change in ways I never even thought they would! For instance,  those tomatoes we were going to plant, in the tomatoes mounds, got moved to another area. I was really excited about that too... oh well... So farmer Dylan tilled up all of the upper part of the upper garden where the tomato mounds were and has remapped out what is going where! We've also now changed our plans for trying microgreens next year to this year... and to top it all off, I've learned that mother nature's plans, always change ours... and if you just roll with it... sometimes... she will show mercy! This past week it was suppose to be good Monday and Tuesday and rain the rest of the week... instead, it rained Tuesday and ruined our plans... but we just switched it up to something else without being upset and the rest of the week it was either raining only during the hottest part of the day or it didn't rain at all... it was great! 

It was a good week! A lot got accomplished too. We got two more beds prepped and seeded, bought seeds and started our plans for making overhead irrigation! We also started buying the supplies that we know we will need!
